This is a vintage pattern for Crocheted Jacket. Design 638. It is a one page leaflet that is folded. This is used in good used condition - has a few notes in pencil and some wear on folds.
The Jacket comes in two sizes - 8-10 and 12-14.
I think this pattern is either an Alice Brooks or Laura Wheeler pattern that was sold thru the mail.
